Resin - Have You Smoked It?

Resin – Have You Smoked It?

Everyone who considers themselves a pot head has smoked resin at some point in their smoking career.

Resin-hbtv1

If you haven’t, you’re either an extremely lucky person and you always have weed or you haven’t been smoking long enough to know the extreme frustration of not having any bud. I have smoked a good amount of resin. It’s gross, tarry, and just awful. Not only that but the high isn’t great and it doesn’t last long. So what’s the point? I honestly think that merely smoking the bowl makes me feel better about being without Mary Jane. Sometimes, maybe it’s just better to wait.

Most stoners say that resin is bad for you. And I really don’t doubt that at all. Studies have shown that marijuana does contain tar and all that junk must go somewhere so what else do you think that sticky black stuff is on the inside of your glass? Sure looks like tar to me. However, there still in THC in that tar and you can smoke it providing that you can ignore the terrible taste. Not to mention that most people light their bowls with lighters, which means that you’re probably inhaling more butane than you normally would smoking the good green stuff and that definitely can’t be good for you! :(

Although I definitely don’t condone smoking resin and wish that I never had to do it myself, it does assist in a pinch. I strongly recommend setting aside a gram or so just in case you run in to a dry spell, you have a little bit of backup. It’s better to have something set aside than potentially subject your lungs to a ton of gross stuff from trying to smoke resin. Like I said, maybe in an emergency but it is highly recommended by the majority of stoners that you avoid puffing and just pass on resin!

Green Crack - Sativa

Green Crack - Sativa

Green Crack was originally bred in Athens, GA in the 1970s with the birth name of Cush. It was later renamed "Green Crack" by none other than Snoop Dogg because of its extreme potency and the crave to keep smoking it. Green Crack is extremely popular in Southern California with both medical marijuana patients for its strong sativa effects, and recreational users who love its sweet taste and happy high. Green Crack has a medium-green color punctuated with orange and bluish hairs. It has a tangy, fruity smell (thus the nickname "Mango") and the taste is sweet as well. There are two strains of Green Crack: one that is almost pure Sativa and one that is 75% Indica. The better known phenom is the sativa dominant strain, and the only sign of indica genetics being present are the tight nugs.

Wrong number: Man accidentally texted cop to sell marijuana

Category: News | Posted on Thu, October, 3rd 2013 by THCFinder
sparta-police-arrest-txt-dealerPolice say a Sussex man accidentally texted an Andover Township Police lieutenant to set up a drug sale late last week — and messaging that very, very wrong number led to the man's arrest.

Andover Lt. Eric Danielson had recently purchased a new cell phone, with a new cell number, according to Sparta police. And at about 7:45 p.m. Friday, he got a text from someone — later identified as 33-year-old Nicholas Delear Jr. — saying he had a quarter-pound of marijuana for sale, according to police.

So they set up a meeting at a pizzeria in Sparta, police said. Delear told the lieutenant he'd be driving a 2005 black Jeep, police said.

Andover and Sparta police worked with the Sussex County Prosecutor's Office to set up the bust, police said. An undercover officer was placed in the parking lot, and a perimeter was established around the pizzeria, police said. At 8:15 p.m., Delear drove into the parking lot and met with the undercover officer, police said.

But Delear became suspicious and attempted to flee, police said. He was stopped by a marked Sparta Police vehicle a short time later, police said.

Delear told police he didn't know anything about the texts, and wasn't in possession of any drugs, police said. He also wouldn't consent to officers searching his vehicle, police said. So Sussex County Sheriff’s Detective Kieran McMorrow was dispatched along with K9 Atlas, police said.

Danielson — the lieutenant with the lucky number — arrived on the scene matched the texts on his phone with Delear’s cell phone number, police said.

Cannabis and Violence

Category: Culture | Posted on Thu, October, 3rd 2013 by THCFinder
smoking-promotes-peace-and-fun-goodliving
Marijuana is a drug. Whether we like it or not, it is what it is. People still tell others "marijuana brings violence" and "people die because of marijuana". Oh they do? Marijuana has a very peaceful and serene effect on those that smoke. Occasionally, there is an unfortunate person who is allergic to pot and yes, that does happen. There are plenty of people who get hives or extremely sick when they smoke. But is marijuana a violent thing? What about the plant makes people say that it's harmful?

Well the government says it's dangerous... Therefore, it must be, right? Wrong. It's debatable if our buddies on the higher ups realize that THEY are the cause of the violence surrounding marijuana. It's the government who blasts up grow ops with guns, shields, and Kevlar vests. A dispensary raid looks like a terrorist bomb threat when you see them recorded on YouTube. Now please, riddle me this; why in the hell do authorities need to blast in to a clinic, guns blazing, and shouting just to tell the people that they're being shut down? It is a waste of taxpayer money and makes the authorities look like complete jerks.

How about when the DEA sends hundreds of men in to a rural mountain area, equipped with guns, helicopters, and ATVs to hunt for pot farmers that may not even be there? While the farmers in these situations usually have weapons of some sort, one must take in to account that pot becomes a lot of people's lives. It funds the food that they give to their children, it pays for the clothes that they wear, and the electricity that keeps them warm on a cold winter night. Not only is the raid itself a waste of money but there are families because torn to shreds just because their parents were trying to put food on the table.

Making marijuana illegal will obviously cause violence. The more things that are taken away from the people, the more violent they get. People need their freedom. Removing a person's freedom will eventually cause problems. We are not animals and we certainly do not deserve to be treated like them. As more studies are released on the benefits of marijuana, we may begin to see more violence. While ideally, the government and potheads should be able to coexist, it's highly unlikely that we'll be able to see a nonviolent road to marijuana legalization.

It is my belief that there is a peaceful way to get points across that our cause is one that is for the good of the people. Marijuana helps all kinds, all over the world. We use it, our pets can use it. By breaking down doors, the government makes it harder for us to sit back and do this peacefully. It is all of our wish that marijuana will be able to be legal one day and there will be no more deaths, no more guns, and no more violence surrounding such a peaceful idea.
