Category: Celebrities | Posted on Tue, June, 25th 2013 by THCFinder
The star has yet added another pot shirt to her collection! She debuted a tee that says ‘High Fashion’ while on her way to a concert. Do you like her bold fashion statement or is it time for her to tone it down?
Rihanna has obviously been enjoying her time in Amsterdam! The 24-year-old, who is currently on her world tour, showed off a brand new tee that featured a marijuana leaf and was titled, ‘High Fashion.’ We all know RiRi is a major marijuana supporter, so she must be thrilled to be in Amsterdam where weed is legal!
Rihanna’s Marijuana Shirt:
The star stepped out of her hotel in Amsterdam on June 24 in a white tee with a rainbow heart on the left-hand corner with the words ‘High Fashion’ written underneath it. A huge marijuana symbol was outlined inside of the heart. RiRi tucked the tee into a high-waisted, pleated leather skirt, an amazing gold snake choker necklace, high-top black Converse sneakers, black sunnies, and a backwards snap-back. She also sported a bunch of gold bangles and rings. We are so not surprised by this outfit – it is so RiRi! She even Instagrammed a pic of herself in the shirt and made the caption: ‘It’s what fashion killaz wear in Amsterdam #HIGHFASHION #silverspoonattire’
Recently, while in Amsterdam, Rihanna has been using Instagram as her outlet for all things marijuana. She posted a pic of her friend Jenn Rosales smoking out of a giant bong, Rihanna herself with two huge joint cones full of pot in her mouth ready to be lit, her smoking weed while speaking to her dad, and her sitting on a table smoking with the caption: ‘#legalizeit’ Rihanna is having a great time and we’re happy for her – but is she turning to pot to help with her heartbreak from Chris Brown?

Marijuana & Vitamin B Offer Hope To Alzheimers Patients
Category: Medical Marijuana | Posted on Tue, June, 25th 2013 by THCFinder
Emerging studies in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease have produced encouraging news regarding the use of cannabinoids (marijuana) and vitamin B. Both Marijuana and vitamin B are showing considerable promise, in offering hope to Alzheimer’s patients. It is estimated that over 4.5 million Americans will suffer from Alzheimer’s, and 36 million people worldwide die with the disease.
Contrary to popular propaganda against marijuana use, the plant has been show to stimulate the regrowth of brain cells rather than destroy them. Furthermore, there is a substantial body of evidence that shows THC, the active ingredient in marijuana, is the best known compound for breaking up the formation of plaque deposits around the brain, and preventing the development of Alzheimer’s.
“Cannabinoids induce adult hippocampus neurogenesis, which is the production of healthy new brain cells” says Clint Werner, author of Marijuana Gateway to Health.
In a study done on rats, Gery Wenk, a professor of neuroscience, immunology and medical genetics at Ohio State University, said that cannabinoids were the first and only drug that showed remarkable improvement in the reduction of brain inflammation and repairing cognitive functions.
Research from the Institute of Molecular Psychiatry at the University of Bonn in Germany, suggests that activation of the brains cannabinoid receptors, releases anti-oxidants that clean the brain of damaged cells, and stimulate Mitrochondria which is the source of energy for cells.
“Neuroinflammatory processes contributing to the progression of normal brain ageing and to the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases are suppressed by cannabinoids, suggesting that they may also influence the ageing process on the system level.”

Obama Hates Medical Marijuana And He Doesn't Care What The States Think
Category: News | Posted on Tue, June, 25th 2013 by THCFinder
Lawmakers across the country are fed up with the Obama administration's disrespect for local marijuana laws.
On Monday, the United States Conference of Mayors unanimously passed a resolution asking the federal government to allow states to implement their own marijuana policies and to stop draining limited resources by targeting marijuana in states where it is legal for medical and recreational uses. A bipartisan group in Congress has also introduced a bill that would prohibit the federal government from interfering with state marijuana laws.
President Obama has already spent more taxpayer money fighting medical marijuana than George W. Bush did during his two terms, according to a report released by the pro-medical marijuana group Americans For Safe Access. Most Americans think he should stop.
