Canna Kaluha Recipe
Category: Recipes | Posted on Tue, December, 17th 2013 by THCFinder
With winter here and the Christmas season upon us, there are plenty of Christmasy drinks and foods to be made. For those that like to be festive and drink lots of alcohol this time of year, I have located this recipe for cannabis infused Kaluha, which is a popular liquor for holiday drinks. Please enjoy responsibly!
What You'll Need
30 grams cannabis flowers
15 ml vanilla extract
4 tsp instant coffee
Keep in mind that this recipe will make about six bottles of this drink so be sure to adjust your amounts accordingly. Grind up your cannabis using a coffee grinder. Add the ground cannabis to a pan. Pour in 500ml of cream and simmer it for about 30 minutes. You can add in a bit of whole milk if you feel the need to, as some liquid is lost to steam. As always, be sure not to boil as you'll lose some of the THC that you're trying to extract. After the mix has simmered for half an hour, strain it in through a cheesecloth to a 750ml bottle. Pour in half a cup of sugar and add the vanilla extract. Then, put in the instant coffee. Now, fill the bottle to the top with the vodka and shake vigorously until everything is well mixed. Store in the refrigerator.
2 oz eggnog
Cinnamon/nutmeg/brown sugar mix
Rim the glass with the cinnamon/brown sugar/nutmeg mix. Add cannakaluha and eggnog to shaker with ice and shake together well. Strain over a few ice cubes in to the rimmed glass and enjoy!
Cannabis Infused Chai Tea
Category: Recipes | Posted on Mon, December, 16th 2013 by THCFinder
Winter is here. Those that don't like coffee usually drink tea. How else will you warm yourself up on those biting cold days? Even those in California are feeling the effects of the brutal winters, with temps in normally mild areas dropping below 30. The best tea is obviously medicated tea and a Chai blend is perfect for the coldest night this winter.
What You'll Need;
Chai tea base (can be found at Walmart)
1 cup soy milk
2 chai tea bags
1/2 cup sugar
1 can whipped cream
3 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup of cannabis
Break up the weed first. You don't need a coffee grinder for this necessarily. Using your fingers will work fine. Carefully open the tea bags that you have ready and add in the weed. Reclose the bags by stapling them shut. In a pan on the stove, bring the water and soy milk to a boil and add about 1/2 cup of whipped cream in to the mix, letting it melt completely. Toss in the two teabags and let the whole mix sit on the stove for about 25 minutes.
Take the chai tea base and follow the instructions on the box. In place of the milk that the recipe calls for, use the weed/soy milk mix instead. This is the final step and will give you a nice, warming chai weed tea that you will absolutely enjoy! You can add more soy milk if you'd like, as well as ice and sugar. Remember to always know how cannabis effects you when ingesting it, as the effects different from smoking! Enjoy your chai!
The Perfect Cannabis Candy
Category: Recipes | Posted on Thu, December, 12th 2013 by THCFinder
There are a lot of people that think making cannabis candy is a difficult process, when in reality, it's quite simple. As it usually is when making edibles, getting it right is tough. The candy not only has to be potent enough to be considered medicine but taste good as well! The candy is worthless if it doesn't have both of those qualities. But making the perfect batch of cannabis candy treats is in the following recipe!
What You'll Need;
2/3 cups white corn syrup
1 tsp flavoring of your choice (adjust if you want but this is really the perfect amount!)
Food coloring (so they look nice, obviously!)
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
9.5 grams of dry powdered hash
First things first, spray the candy molds with cooking spray so that the mix doesn't stick when you get to the step that requires it. Put the sugar and corn syrup together in a pot and put it on high heat until the mix begins to boil. Reduce the heat to low medium and keep an eye on the temperature. Once the temp hits 300, remove the heat and add in the hash and food coloring. Stir this mix vigorously. You need to make sure that the hash has been completely mixed in. About a minute should do it because the mix will start to harden soon after that. Add your candy mix in to the molds. You can either make them just candies or you can add in sticks to make them lollipops!
Let the mix harden in the mold and then remove and wrap them. This recipe will give you about 40 candies. You can always add in more hash but be sure that that's the form of cannabis that you use. Kief could also be used in this recipe if you have enough of it. These candies last a good amount of time, about 2 to 3 hours on an empty stomach and an hour after a meal. No one should be afraid to make cannabis candy , especially when it's such a benefit to those who are always on the go and enjoy eating their weed rather than smoking it. They're very discreet but don't let anyone sneak one behind your back!
Cinnamon Roll Oatmeal Medicated Cookies
Category: Recipes | Posted on Tue, December, 3rd 2013 by THCFinder
As someone who has a real soft spot for cinnamon rolls, I highly recommend this recipe! As usual, this recipe will not just cure your munchies but it'll even get you higher than you were. Be careful! These treats are extremely addicting and may have you eating more than you want to if you don't pay attention! These are especially good for the holiday season as presents for your friends and family!
What You'll Need;
10 packets cinnamon roll instant oatmeal
1 cup of firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup softened cannabutter
2 cups all purpose flour
3/4 white sugar
1/4 cup of water
First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Mix in the butter and the sugars together until they're a creamy consistency. Take the two eggs and beat them in. Then add in both the flour and the baking soda, stirring continuously. Then add in all of the oatmeal packets as well as the 1/4 cup of water. Stir everything together until mixed evenly. The mixture should be like cookie dough. Make small round balls out of the dough and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake them in the oven for about 12 minutes, until they are golden brown. Remove the cookies from the sheet immediately and put them on a plate to cool off before enjoying!
Thanksgiving Canna-Recipes; Sausage, Cranberry, and Apple Stuffing
Category: Recipes | Posted on Thu, November, 28th 2013 by THCFinder
The holiday here and I know people are scrambling to get their dinner plans in order! There's definitely a lot of planning that goes in to cooking. This recipe will provide you will an excellent stuffing recipe to add to your turkey. The amounts given will get you 10 servings so be sure to adapt the recipe to the number of people that will be eating with you this Thanksgiving.
What You'll Need;
2 Granny Smith apples cored and chopped
3 teaspoons of dried sage
1 pound of ground turkey sausage
5 cups of cubed white bread
1 ½ teaspoons of dried rosemary
1 to 2 cups of turkey or chicken stock
¾ cup of dried cranberries
¾ cup of chopped celery
4 tablespoons of melted cannabutter
¼ cup of fresh, chopped parsley
1 cup of chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon of dried thyme
As usual, the first step is to preheat your oven to 350 degrees and spread out the bread cubes on a good sized baking sheet. Be sure to spray the pan with some sort of non-stick substance so you're not prying the bread off the pan later. Bake the cubes for about 7 minutes, until they're an even golden brown color. Toss the bread cubes in the a big bowl and let them cool off. Take the sausage and sauté it in a skillet until cooked all the way through. Add the celery, rosemary, thyme, onions, and sage in with the sausage and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.
Put the sausage mixture in to the bowl containing the bread cubes. Add in your apples, parsley, and cranberries. This is also where you add in the salt and pepper, but do it to taste. These two ingredients are optional, as some people will add their own when it gets served on their plate. Take your melted cannabutter and add in a little bit at a time, stirring thoroughly. It should be moist but not mushy. I'm sure that most of you are familiar with the consistency of stuffing. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and bake it in the oven at 375 degrees for around 30 minutes. Leave the dish uncovered while cooking. The top of the mix will be slightly crispy when done. If you're going to use this stuffing inside of the turkey, let it cool off in the fridge for a while. If not, it's ready to be added to your Thanksgiving feast! Enjoy your stuffing!
