DUMB. She really is hitting Salvia..the ridiculous laughter, the 'mild' hallucinations of seeing her ex look like her actual boyfriend. 'Ok i'm about to lose it now', yeah right, she's not dumb if she hit weed and said that she wouldnt be a stoner. One other site has posted now 'Miley Cyrus smoking weed' linking to this page.
