However if the Patient Advisor is sold out or in many cases some of the exotic strains do not go out on a daily basis because we keep them for specific patients. Hi, Sorry you missed out on the Fire. It goes fast and not often to first timers. There is always a balance question we have for our patients. Balance is the issue of dealing with over 20 Strains and which ones to make sure are out on delivery. Unfortunately the best gets gobbled up. However, if you give us some notice on the strain you want we will make sure you get it and when you want it. Being one of the only Services out there as long as we have we have learned a few lessons. If you are the kind of patient that has extra sensitive taste in quality or you are looking for rare strains. Then you should order in advance to make sure that you request the Topshelf Advisor. That adviser will be able to accommodate you. Sorry to hear you happened to get a call from a new driver and he is still getting his sea legs. However we beleive he may be our best one day soon.
