Good luck getting them on the phone. Even if you do, then who knows who you'll speak to? I don't know who I spoke to, but whomever it was quoted me a price, then told me they'd be here in 30-40 minutes. An hour and 40 later, I call to check what's up, and get a bunch of cats who have no idea what I'm talking about but seem to find it all very amusing. Then I speak to the man himself, who also has no idea what's going on with the order, yet can still come out - but for a different and higher price, and also I'm being asked to drive halfway to Detroit or something in the middle of the night to get what was supposed to be at my door, oh, two hours ago by this point in the latest phone call and text series. This was not the first time I had trouble communicating with this "service." It is, though, the very last time I will try, and I deeply do not recommend them to anyone else either.

Call Big Sucks For Terrible Service

I called "Big Chuck" once because he was the only one open after 9:00 pm in Ann Arbor. It turns out he's just some guy driving around in his car. He told me to text him pictures of my medical card and license then he would call me back. He never did. After I texted him I finally got through by phone call to Chuck ( who now seemed to have someone's child with him in the back seat ). He told me his car had broken down and he would give me a "freebie" tomorrow. Well I tried getting a hold of him by texting and calling but have not since heard a word from him. I checked out the twitter of his website Ilikeent and it's just some guy in jeans with a towel on his head talking about rap songs and buying weed. Don't deal with this guy, for your own sake.

We have tried other distributors and dispensaries and not one of them comes close to the quality, compassion, and sustainability that these folks offer. They are just outstanding! You will not find anyone better. Thank you Big Time Big Chuck Delivery!!!!

Excellent All Around

I have used this caregiver 4 times since Christmas eve and every time the service was outstanding. Delivery time is always less than 10 min, he does store runs and accepts credit cards. Pricing is very reasonable. He has a nice selection of high quality meds, that are packaged in the handiest containers. I intend on using Big Chucks to assist in the setup and maintenance of my grow room! He has clones of many of my favorite strands. Pleasantly Surprised. 5 STARS
