south king holistic is a great place the peeps are nice and know all about the product granted its a smaller place butt nun the less a pleasing expirance if you wanna have a HORIBLE expirance go to amazing gardens on central in kent all the have going for them is there open till 10 and deliver ....crapy meds dude was smoking a cigarett behind the counter and every word from his mout wes eff this and eff that i wont go back. but SOUTH KING HOLISTIC is a good spot so im not sure wat you mean by its shady and lame and rude employees they have all been real awsome to me....i think mayby your trippin bro
I was looking for a safe place, close to home and I found it. The receptionist was friendly, the bud tender was knowledgeable and super nice. The bud quality varies, just like any other place and just like any other place, you get what you pay for. If you want to spend $5-8 a gram, that's the quality you'll get. I took home a gram of 5 different top shelf strains and feel that the quality I got was well worth the money. I also got a free edible for being a new patient and that was AWESOME. 4 little cupcakes that were to die for! I will definitely be back!
Dissapointed. The first 4 "Top Shelfs" I checked out smelled like hay and did not look good at all. The AfganGooey Berry is good but the price is not. You can get meds the quality of thier Top Shelfs for much less other places. Beware the "free joint" for first time visits. If you are into smoking water leaves and getting a headache then you won't mind. I doubt I will return.
First of all I want to thank Charles and his staff for all the help and compassion they have extended to me. I will be honest...when i first started going to Evergreen i was a bit intimidated. I too was a little nervous about the seemingly "shadiness" on the outside of the building...BUT NOW.........i am increasingly disappointed with these reviews and can NO LONGER sit back without saying something. As far as security goes....Keith, who always seems to be there..taking his job VERY seriously...and the others who provide security are there FOR US. Regardless of if you think its tacky or sends some sort of wrong message to you, you should realize that all the people there who provide security are doing exactly that...PROTECTING US....THE PATIENTS!!!! I have first hand watched Keith stop, speak with and detour people who think its ok to just hang out...this I am thankful for...you should be too. As for the staff...ie the tenders.......These guys DO know what theyre talking about and dammit if they dont they sure do know how to get the answers. I have only been a mmj patient since april and i have gone to other gardens and ALWAYS come back to evergreen. if u think youre paying too much...if you think these guys are just husslers...if you think having security is that wrong at a place of business like this then YOU SHOULD NOT WASTE OUR TIME WITH THIS BS...GO SOMEWHERE ELSE... go donate that 10 bucks for those cheap ass meds just to raise the question in my eyes that maybe it is YOU who are the husslers!!!!! i have watched inside and out of this garden the people who are all butthurt about the meds they offer and the attitude i see from all the people pissed off like many of you all have that shady bull%(** attitude. I CALL SHENNIGANS!!!!!!! Seriously though....dont come back here!! I, as a loyal patient here, DONT WANT YOUR KIND HERE ANYWAYS!!!!!
It saddens me to have to post this as i have been a patient here for a few months now. The locals have ruined this place tho, and i agree with previous reviewers about the unprofessional staff. Only one person there was someone i would consider working with again, that's Michael, keep up the good work mate. The rest of the staff there is simply a joke are all probably friends/family of the owners/growers seeing how they have NO knowledge of the strains they have. They can't even tell you if it's Indica or sativa, nothing. So that tells me they are there to make a buck, they don't give a crap about patients and there ailments. Every time i have gone the parking lot is completely full, no where to park, so you have to park in the nearby doctors office parking lot. Then you get inside only to read a sign that says you will be BANNED if you park in the doctors lot. Some of us patients have issues with mobility and walking, so having to park down the street and around the corner is quite a hassle. They usually have about 4 strains or so to choose from that are $10/gram and they are CRAP. Then it jumps to $12-$15/gram for stuff you can get elsewhere for $10. They are in it for the hustle, especially seeing how more than half of the patients i see going in are barely even 18 yrs old and dressed like some wanna be thug that tried to break in to the place a few weeks ago. Yeah, they are offering $500 for someone to snitch him out. This is what happens when you "hook-up" your homies on the street and not legit patients. Oh and they always have some samoan guy standing out front like he is security or sumthin. Tacky as hell yo, he just walks around the parking lot mean mugging any and everyone he sees. I don't dare bring my wife as the surrounding crowds and non-friendly staff are simply scary to look at. Hopefully they change the way they do things and the people they have helping patients, because there is no compassion at all here. They only get a 3 for location cuz i live close.
This use to be our favorite dispensary to drive, walk, bike run, just what ever to. Until the African American guy starts and then its time for the street bull to start. He doesn't have one ounce of knowledge about any of the product that is on the shelf....if he is asked a question regarding lets say ANYTHING his reply will be, " Ooo Man its WEED it all smokes the same man why you worried bout it take it and go" or "come on now Baby its all the same don't stress or worry ok....look look look look here just smoke this and this will get you right.
UNACCEPTABLE FROM ANY BUDD TENDER!!!!!!
We have witnessed him saying inappropriate things to other Budd tenders who were trying to provide knowledge to patients and after a few months of dealing with this, we just can't bring ourselves to return as long as he's disrespectful to patients and other employees its horrible and it should have been handled months ago but it has gone overlooked and ignored...I'm not sorry for writing this review because its the truth and Evergreen is now seeing a decline in patients and will continue as long as Anthony is in the position that he's in!
I have been a member here for a long while now. I have never had any issues with them. They are personable, informative, and truly seem to be there for the patient 100%! They are in complete compliance with Washington state law (which makes me feel comfortable knowing that I am not doing anything illegal by going to this facility and acquiring my medication). If you are unverifiable...you don't get in. I would not want to be a member of a garden who just let every person and their best friend in with no questions asked (especially foul mouthed individuals who demand service despite the fact that they went to a shady doctor who wont verify them) ...where's the security? Evergreen has so much to offer between amazing medibles, candy, cooking ingredients, tinctures, and (my favorite) lotions, creams, and bath soaks for body pain. I highly doubt any respectable individual in need of quality medication who is themselves in compliance with Washington state law would be treated any less than I always have.
