WTF: I'm so sorry you had such a weird experience. Since I got my card 3 years ago, ARCC has been my #1 for meds. I'm like Old Time Stoner: I'll shop occasionally, but I get my main meds here because of: 1. customer service, 2. reliability of delivery, 3. quality of meds, and 4. pricing. No big buy-in price and no day pass in exchange for meds or weird policies. Just good folks doing their (admittedly human) best to provide help and meds to those who need them. I suggest, for anyone who wonders IF this place is good, that you read ALL the reviews. There cannot be THAT many happy customers at a place that would do what you describe. Character reveals itself over time, every time, sez Stephen Covey; so does ARCC's quality and customer service, sez ME. Qatmaster stands behind and doubles OldTimeStoner's endorsement. Tell 'em we both sent ya (lol --the referral rewards are great), coz this place is the real thing: a caring collective with great meds, good prices, fab specials, and best of all, finest kind staff, from orders (howdy Laura) to a skilled budsman (Yo, Rudy, thanks!) to the staff who deliver (my gang!). Try again. I don't know what happened and don't care, but I do know what you describe has never happened in any way to me personally over THREE years. They're not perfect: they're people like you and me. They err at the same rate we do. What makes them different is the effort they make to NOT have errors in their system. Good enough for ME!
