Chyna Pi, I can appreciate your attempt to patch this up, however, I'm not interested. The experience was a total waste of time, energy and is a shining example of the large amount of flakes in this business- those who are in it for the green - money-not patients or plants. That you are implementing new programs shows how bad your business operates. The fact that I was treated so unprofessionally reveals the lack of professionalism, integrity, and compassion. The fact that the owner hung up on me after blowing off our meeting reeks of poor business skills. Your offer to show me your new line of edibles is a poor attempt to placate an unsatisfied customer. There are plenty of other businesses that can do the right thing, have professional customer service, and provide medicine in a professional environment, they could teach you alot. mj green
