Santas Little Helpers (S.L.H) operates in strict compliance with California Health and Safety Code 111362.5 and 11362.7. In compliance with state regulations, we only serve legally qualified patients and caregivers who are at least 18 years of age. Under no circumstances whatsoever are services provided to persons who are not qualified under California law. You must become a registered member to obtain services. S.L.H only allows membership to patients with a verifiable letter from their physician recommending medicinal cannabis use. We will not provide any services until our staff has verified each patients recommendations and the status of their physician's medical license

Membership is strictly for legitimate patients who are suffering from HIV/AIDS, cancer, multiple-sclerosis, chronic pain and other serious illnesses diagnosed by a California regestered physian.Santas little helpers is organized to serve legally qualified patients 18 years of age and older in the Los Angeles community.
