HERE IS HOW TO JOIN FOR A MEMBERSHIP:

1) Fill out and submit the Application Form here on our Apply page.

2) Please call us at 760-207-7283 and we will ask you a few questions and gladly take you through the simple steps in getting your medical flower order and delivery info taken within a few minutes.

3) Download the Membership Agreement form here, print, sign and have ready upon delivery.
*If the patient is unable to print, we will provide a membership agreement upon delivery.

4) Patients MUST meet the following criteria:
a) Must be located in California.
b) Must be 21 years of age or older.
c) Must have an original recommendation from a licensed Doctor or a valid California State issued Medical Marijuana Program card.
d) Must have a government issued I.D. for verification. (i.e. Drivers License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.)
 

5) Once the patient has been verified you will be given a "Unique THC ID #" and password to view our menu to order.
Then you can simply call 760-207-7283 to place your order anytime during business hours.

Once ordered, your medical flowers will be delivered..it is that EASY!

Patients MUST have their original recommendation letter from a licensed doctor and a valid I.D.

ALL DOCTORS RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE VERIFIED.
