Happy with 3rd Coast

I have been going to 3rd Coast for a few years now. Honestly I have never had a problem with the staff or the meds. The staff has always been very pleasant and helpfull, and the meds have been great. 3rd Coast has quite a large selection of flowers, medibles, oils, hash, ect... My point is they have always had what I wanted. 3rd Coast has also had quite a few member appreciation days with cook outs, freebies and live music. Also there is a Head-Shop (Puff Dany's) in the same building. I would recomend 3rd Coast to anyone looking to join a club. The bottom line is: 3rd Coast is professional, clean, safe and high quality!

It's Different!

They have it together. They have top shelf medicine that is sent out for testing, therefore they can provide feedback about the strains. In addition they provide a positive atmosphere. They are courteous enough to check your paperwork and make sure you have things in order before you send everything out. This is very helpful!

These guys rock

All you people with the bad reviews must just be irritated people in general. To say that the staff is anything but friendly is just assinine. EVERY single time I have been there they are cordial, offer me something to drink, something to snack on (love them cinnamon rolls). Little red at the counter is awesome as is the tender of the meds. Prices could be a bit lower, but with the legal climate surrounding the current law, they need to cover their financial bases. Meds have always been good. Now onto them not accepting paperwork. I call BS. I originally went in with my paperwork and had NO problem. These guys rock, have a clean, well run shop. No need to denigrate them. Keep your reviews informative. Not catty and complaint strewn with no REAL info.

WORST!

the rudest bunch of people that i have had to deal with in quite some time, which is difficult to understand since i am trying to give them my money...very grateful that other compassion centers have opened up in the ypsilanti area, otherwise i would have to travel to ann arbor since giving these people any more of my money is out of the question. beware.

Impressed and relieved!

After a few of the dispensaries in Ann Arbor closed, I tried this place. I should have gone here all along! Not sure why others on here are complaining, seriously! I just couldn't believe that I was subjecting myself to these places in Ann Arbor with horrible traffic, dirty looking offices, and pay for parking! Not only did I save money at 3rd Coast by not having to pay for parking, but they have a bigger and better selection in all price ranges. I also didn't have to worry about walking 1/2 mile and then up a flight of stairs with my injury. I thought the receptionist with the red hair was just as sweet as could be and very professional. They were all very patient with me and took their time explaining how their office worked. I tried to be as objective as possible with this review but at this time I just can't find anything negative about this place except they should be open on Sunday's and should have their own website. Compared to the other places (and delivery service) I've tried, I was just super impressed and plan on being a member ($1 membership!!!) for as long as they will have me!

To Marijuana Mama

First of all if my staff would have written anything they would say so. Second of all "WE DO TAKE PAPERWORK". We do not on the other hand take incorrect paperwork. We have to be so careful. The State will turn someone down for anything. We have seen patients who have been turned down do to the fact that they forgot to check the box that tells them whether your a male or a female. There are a alot of Compassion Centers that DO NOT take paperwork so if that was the case with us we would not be alone in that. I thank you for your review whether it is good or bad. We are a very honest and caring Compassion Center and I only hope that others will see us as that.

Long Time Member

As a long time member and legitimate patient, I appreciate the strict policies on paperwork. I was declined as well for some time due to a paperwork error but understood why they have to be careful. The lady at the front desk was right, I was declined by the state for a MINOR error on my paperwork and had to jump through some hoops to get my card. Thanks to the receptionist that supplied me with the proper paperwork to fix the error, I had the correction into the state before I was even declined! When I finally did get my card, I actually came in and thanked the receptionist. Without her I wouldn't have know my paperwork wasn't valid and could have been subject to arrest! I appreciate the extra safety measures taken there because it assures me that they are doing what they can to follow the law. I feel safe getting my medicine from a place that strictly follows the law. I have seen many patients taken in with paperwork but I noticed they tend to operate on the side of caution, if anything is incorrect. I appreciate the staff's cautious approach and believe this is why they haven't been raided. The medicine is excellent, the staff can always tell me the difference in the strains and always explains whats best for my condition. I would not feel as safe going anywhere else!!

Not as horrible as others mentioned, but not good.

I went here for some time, until my state issued card expired. When I tried going in with my paperwork they wouldn't let me in. It was completely legit, never got declined by any other dispensary (LOTS of em) and I've since gotten my new card from state. Because of this I'll never go back.
