Anytime is a good time here

Some dispensaries are all the same but my friends at haveaheart keep me coming back with their courteous attitude and friendly faces. The medicine is way above what I used to get so there is no reason for me to go anywhere else. We (wife and I) always appreciate someone who helps us out and we won't son forget it!

OMG

the budtenders were very nice and helpful, the purple train is awesome almost didnt want to smoke it its too pretty but the taste is the best also picked up a few others very awesome place LOVE the meds.it was easy to find which is good since im not from the area ill be seeing more of these guys for sure

The amount of epicness here...

is above and beyond. Almost too many epic things to look at. Lots of strains and edibles and treats. The staff always seems helpful too the last time I was there I got hooked up on my way out. Can't thank you guys enough!

Setting Standards for Seattle co-ops

Location- Location is great. Right on Aurora. Clearly marked signage. Terribly frustrating parking situation. And that is my ONLY complaint; it's not even really a complaint. (More of a comment than a complaint really. An acknowledgment of the situation.)

Inside- Relaxing professional vibe the minute you walk in to door. Not too distracting really but definitely has its own calming comfortable set up. Everything is very clearly marked and communicated. Straight forward window check in. Very little paperwork to fill out as a new patient. Receptionist Nicole was real cool and totally knows her clients by name. Very friendly. Very easy to talk to and be around. Cool chick who takes ACCURATE measurements if I may state for the record. She calls you back and leads you down a very cool hallway and dramatically around a corner to the medication room.

The Med room- Wonderful display. Great labels. Tons of edibles. Great variety of Indicas, Sativas and Hybrid. Drinks. Candy bars. Hard candy. Suckers. Topicals galore. Any wax you want. Full melt bubble hash out the wazoo. Boxed hot teas. Sprays. Sugar cubes. My mind was blown. I have truly found home. Beautiful easy to understand display of meds for everyone. Very straight forward. Two shelves of meds about 14 jars across id guess. Dont be quick to judge though as there is not top or bottom shelf here. Everything is great quality (well get to that later).

Bud tender- Went in twice today. Once to look and once to purchase. Warren was there both times. Warren is a relaxed, up beat, encyclopedia of a tender. I dont think there is any thing he does not know. And I dont think there is anything he would not take the time to share with you either. He is for sure a master of his craft. He can answer questions while making recommendations and weighing out meds and even then hes still already in the process of writing down your order and cleaning up. Its awesome. He really knows how to make great recommendations and help the customer really decide what they need.

Prices- Came out with two apple suckers (at Warrens recommendation.) 4g of Blue Dream. Hybrid that basically has the pain killing effect of an Indica with a clear uplifting Sativa day buzz. and 4g of a UW indica for 90$.

Medicine Quality- Warren made FLAWLESS recommendations. I am in love with this Blue Dream and it did exactly what he said it would. It tastes great. Every flower I looked at was pristine as if it had been hand trimmed and placed in my med container just for me. I got an amazing deal. I have a high tolerance and I have been hard pressed lately to find anything that was giving me the relief i needed without all of the things i didnt want and this is it. High quality meds for sure. Great potency as well.

Over all experience- I have no desire to go anywhere else ever to even look. This place is so cool. They really are the whole package as far as i am concerned. I got a great deal on my meds for being a new patient. I had a great experience there. They truly do care about what they do and who they help and I can only see them getting better and setting standards for Seattle area co ops. My meds were labeled and discreetly packaged with my receipt stapled to my bag( nifty). I didnt feel slummy or like I was going to get jumped. I wasnt pressured in to anything. You just really have to go in. A review cant do them justice.

Great service!

I had a small issue and I called just to let them know about it, they listened and took my concern very seriously. These people went well out of their way to make sure they had made things more than right for me. The highest marks for knowing how to treat patients. Regardless of the fact this place is far from my home, I won't go anywhere else now. Very happy, thanks again.

SHOP! For real, this place kicks ass, they have everything ANYONE would need. Look at that list, I saw so much hash my brain imploded. I'm going to stock up next time I visit you guys, so much to choose !!

Hash!

If you're looking to get high (again) for the first time, grab yourself some hash. Try the honey oil, what they call "wax". This is the most potent. Grab the most blonde looking oil there and you will be in for a surprise! Face smashing and head spinning, I give them 10 stars for holding all these concentrates.
