About Grapefruit
Grapefruit is a high-yielding sativa with fast flowering times. A sweet taste and a nice tropical high. The guys from DNA Genetics are Southern California natives who migrated to realize their calling as breeders in the relative weed freedom of Amsterdam. But they didn't leave all that great Cali genetics behind. California Grapefruit combines three of the Golden State's favorite indicas: Northern Lights, Skunk #1 and Afghani.

Grade: A+
Type: Indica
Looks: I had one large marijuana nugget with some smaller nuggets. Lime green in color with areas of "dark" spotting and completely covered in trichs.
Smell: Dank funk with citrus overtones.
Taste: Light and fruity with large smoke expansion. Provided a sweet citrus aftertaste.
Buzz Type: Mellowing and relaxing. Pain relief with strong mental clarity.
Buzz Length: Above Average to Long (1.5 hours to 2 hours)
Summary:
* It's been some time since I've been to Green Closet, but finally this Grapefruit Kush as been a long time waiting as this was grown from a seed!
Typical kush strains provide me with a fuzziness and heaviness behind the eyes. This strain of Grapefruit Kush was a bit different. A very mellowing strain, this Grapefruit Kush grow consistently put me in state of deep thought. I was engaged in lots of reflecting of my personal life, analytical thinking, as well had the desire to be engaged in some kind of debate or "sh*t talking" situation.
The smaller nugs kept me just fine whether day or night. But, once I got to snipping my large nug, hello "couch lock." The larger nug hit me more like I am used to with kush stains where there smaller nugs had my mind in "philosophical mode" while medicated.
Seed grown strains from Green Closet ALWAYS knock it out the park on taste. Grower has got taste profiles nailed down when growing from seed! I really enjoyed the taste of the strain and amount of exhaled smoke produced with every intake.
What really caught me off-guard and the best positive of this Grapefruit Kush grow is that fact this batch put me on another level mentally; thus for me, where most Kush strains are a solid A grade, I am giving this grow an A+.

Fruity tasting that lingers well after you exhale. Most of the flavor is tasted while exhaling so make sure you blow it out slowly. Very strong hitting body high with a slight head rush and slow face numbing effects.
Grade A bud.
