In most cases, today's Hindu Kush is still pretty much the same strain as that spread around the world from the Orient. Of course, you don't have to go to far-off locations to enjoy the medicinal benefits of Hindu Kush marijuana; you can grow your own in your home. In fact, modern strains of HK do best when cultivated indoors where all environmental conditions can be controlled meticulously.

I currently medicate for pain for arthritis in my hips (mild), knees (severe), and ankles (mild). This strain is great for the pain as well as the stiffness for me personally. Its not too harsh and while its relaxing, I can still function.
Hindu Kush is a go to strain for pain and insomnia due to it's heavy indica traits. Upon looking at the nuggets they look different than most other strains I am used to but the smell reminded me slightly of Bubba Kush, A strong earty smell with piney aftertones

One of my favorite kushes, this Hindu kush smells and taste incredible. The bold hindu flavors mixed with that amazingly sweet kush aroma make this hands down one of the top ten strains i've ever come across. Will be medicating on this strain for weeks to come.
