These cute little cakes can be served wrapped in little bows and make a great alternative to the traditional chocolate chip cookies or brownies! The recipe is simple and quick, which means that you'll have time to rush make them before friends arrive or you can save them for the New Years parties that will be coming up soon! You'll need cannabutter for this recipe so make sure that you have some or can make some before getting started!
What You'll Need;
2 tsp. Almond extract
½ lb. Marijuana Butter
1 ¾ cups sifted flour
½ cup plus 1 Tbs. Powdered sugar
1 cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Preheat your oven to 30 degrees first! Take the powdered sugar and the cannabutter and whip them together. The substance should turn a light green color. Once it turns that color, whip in the almonds, a little bit of salt, and the vanilla. After that, toss in the chopped nuts and blend in the flour very lightly! Taking the mixture, form small balls about half the size of a ping pong ball and place them on a cookie sheet. Put them in the oven and cook them for about 25 minutes or until they turn a lightish brown color. Remove the treats from the oven once they're done and let them cool. Then give them a light dusting of powdered sugar and you're finished! These delicious treats will make a great addition to every party or perhaps just might make a great snack for yourself!


Cannabis Cat Litter Cake

Now I chose to share this based pretty much just on name. This was just too funny for me to pass up! A cake that's made to look like cat littler is sure to get people's attention. Not to mention it's medicated. This is a hilarious joke to play on people and one that everyone at the party can enjoy. Since the recipe calls for it, it's definitely recommended that you put this cake in the cat litter box to really mess with your friends!
What You'll Need;
12 small Tootsie Rolls
1 box Spice Cake Mix (or German Chocolate)
1 box White Cake Mix
1 large package Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
1 new Cat Litter Box Liner
1 package White Sandwich Cookies
1 new Cat Litter Box
Green Food Coloring
1 new Pooper Scooper
Cannabutter (Replace the oil in the cake recipes with cannabutter if you'd like to make this cake medicated!)
First, gather the materials for the cake mixes and prepare both, as well as the pudding. When the cake mix recipes call for oil or butter, replace it with cannabutter in order to make the cake medicated. If you don't want to medicate this cake, just make the recipes as you normally would. Bake these cakes and prepare the pudding according to the directions on the box. Take the sandwich cookies and crumbled them in a blender. Add a couple of drops of green food coloring for every 1 cup of cookie crumbs. Once the cakes have finished baking and are cool, crumble them in to a large bowl. Toss in half of the cookie crumbs and a good amount of pudding so that the mixture is moist but not soggy. Place one of the liners in the litter box and pour the mixture in. Unwrap three of the Tootsie Rolls and heat them up in the microwave until they become soft. Form the candy in to a feline poo shape and bury it in the cake mixture. Repeat this a few times, how ever many kitty turds you'd like to add. Sprinkle the remaining cookie crumbs over the top of the cake and then toss the green crumbs on top. Grab a sheet of newspaper, throw it under the box, and serve your epic cannabis cat litter cake to your friends with the pooper scooper.


Kief Lime Pie

Whether you're planning on making this in to a holiday dessert or you just feel like making a delicious dessert, key lime pie is always a good choice. Except this recipe calls for that extra ingredient that we all love; cannabis! Hence why it's called "kief" lime pie! I promise that you'll love this medicated pie and as always, the recipe is fairly simple!
What You'll Need;
3 teaspoons Lime Zest
1 cup Sugar
1 package Gelatin, Unflavored
Lime Slices
1/2 cup Pistachio Nuts, Shelled, Unsalted
4 Eggs, Separated
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Sweetened Whipping Cream
1/4 cup Water
1 cup Whipping Cream
1/2 cup Lime Juice
1 cup Pastry Flour, Whole Wheat
1/4 cup Cannabutter, Softened
1/4 cup Raw Sugar
1 large Egg Yolk
Pinch of Salt
Start by combining the water and the gelatin. Allow the mix to soften for five minutes and then mix in the egg yolks, lime juice, salt, and half of the sugar. Put on the stove over medium heat and stir continuously. Once the mix is about to start boiling, remove the pan from the heat and add in the 2 tsp of lime zest. Pour the mixture in to a bowl and chill it in the fridge until it takes on a jelly like texture. Slowly add the remaining sugar to the mix and whip it until stiff peaks form on the surface. Fold the mixture in to the crust (directions below) and put the pie in the fridge until the pie has set. Spread some extra sweetened whipped cream over the pie and place the slices of fresh lime around the edge. In the center of the pie, sprinkle some pistachios and the remaining lime zest.
For the crust, blend the butter and the flour until the mixture turns grainy. Then blend in the salt, sugar, and egg yolks together. Once they've mixed, beat in the flour/butter mixture. Cover the bowl and put in the refrigerator for two hours. Work the dough in the pie pan with slightly buttery fingers. Poke multiple holes in the bottom and sides with a fork so that the steam has somewhere to escape. Bake the crust in 400 degree heat for about 20 minutes, until solid.


Medicated Mac & Cheese

Every stoner knows that mac and cheese makes a pretty awesome snack when you've been sitting around smoking. As always, food is usually much better if it contains cannabis. So medicating your mac and cheese is definitely a worthwhile venture. Not only that but this recipe is homemade so it's much healthier than the stuff from the store!
What You'll Need;
1 cup Velveeta, cut into cubes
½ cup shredded mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Pound Elbow Macaroni
½ cup of fresh grated parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
½ cup shredded Monterey Jack
½ cup shredded Cheese Cheddar and Jack
7 grams of top shelf cannabis (ground in a coffee grinder and placed in the cheese cloth)
1 cup of Italian Bread Crumbs
¼ cup seasoned salt
2 Sticks of butter
3 cups half-half
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Butter a casserole dish thoroughly. take a small pot and add the half and half, along with the ground up cannabis, which should be bundled up in the cheesecloth (use a rubber band to close the top of the bundle). Put the heat on low and let it steep for about 45 minutes. Don't let this mix boil, as the half and half will curd and you will end up loosing some of the THC that you're trying to obtain. When the 45 minutes are up, remove the cannabis bundle. In a separate larger pot, boil salter water and add the macaroni and the oil. Cook them together until the macaroni is cooked well but be sure to avoid overcooking. It should be done in about 7 minutes. In a bowl, mix together the bread crumbs and the parmesan cheese, as well as a bit of melted butter. Then, in a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients together including the rest of the butter. Season this mixture with salt and pepper. Add everything to the buttered casserole dish and give the top a generous sprinkling of parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Put the dish in the oven and cook it for about 3 minutes, until the edges begin to bubble. Remove and let cool before serving! Enjoy your awesome medicated mac and cheese!


Cannabis Cinnamon Bun

Cinnamon bun's are everyone's guilty pleasure. They're so delicious and no one can resist a well made one. The lone smell of just one of these delicious treats is enough to make a stoner's mouth water. But the best part is, now you can make your own and medicate them too! Now, you can get stoned while you eat them and have a legitimate excuse to eat multiple cinnamon buns and not feel AS guilty as you normally would!
What You'll Need;
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup marijuana butter/margarine, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon salt
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
2 eggs, room temperature
2 1/2 teaspoons bread machine yeast
1 cup warm milk
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Place the ingredients in a bread machine in the order recommended by the directions on the bread machine. Select the appropriate dough cycle and push start. When the fought has doubled in size, turn the bowl upside down on a floured surface and cover the dough. Leave it for ten minutes. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar and cinnamon. Then, take the dough and roll it in to a 16x21 rectangle on your flat surface. Take 1/3 cup of cannabutter and spread it over the dough, followed by a sprinkling of brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll the dough up and cut it in to 12 slices. Place the rolls on to a greased baking sheet and cover until they double in size (about 30 minutes). While these are rising, preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
Once the rolls have been cooked for about 15 minutes, they should be an even golden brown. As they cook, you can make the frosting that goes with them. Beat together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup cannabutter, confectionary sugar, salt, and vanilla extract. Warm this mix up for a few seconds in the microwave and then spread on your rolls once they've finished cooking in the oven. Enjoy!


Christmas Cannabis Peppermint Ice Cream

Christmas is quickly approaching and I haven't given you guys a single Christmas recipe this far! I stumbled upon this one and deemed it definitely sharable! Making this delicious snack will brighten up any snowy night (although you best be in a warm spot while eating!). Trust me, this recipe is something that you'll definitely want to try this Christmas season!
Cannabis Peppermint Ice Cream;
½ vanilla bean, sliced open and scraped out into the milk
1 organic egg yolk
1 ¼ cup non-fat milk
¼ cup sugar
Handful of fresh peppermint
1 extra large organic egg
1/4 cup weed that has been ground to dust in a coffee grinder
¼ cup sugar
Toss the milk, peppermint, vanilla bean, and cannabis in to a pan on the stove over low heat. As always, be sure not to boil this mixture. Slowly pour in the sugar and allow it to dissolve in the mix. After the sugar has been added, turn the heat off and cover the pan. This allows the flavors to gather together, giving the final result a stronger taste. Let this sit overnight in the fridge.
Then, beat the egg and the sugar together until the substance is white and bubbly. Strain this in to the milk mix and heat up over low heat on the stove. Again, avoid boiling the mixture and whisk into the eggs. Put the uncooked custard in a sauce pan and put on low heat. Be sure not to boil because the egg will curdle and ruin the ice cream that you're trying to make. To judge when this custard mix is done, it should stick to the back of a spoon and if you touch the spoon, the mark from your finger should stay. Let the mixture cool to room temp and the add it in to the ice cream canister. From this point on, follow the directions on the ice cream maker and when you're done that, you'll have a wonderful peppermint ice cream! You can add whatever toppings you want but here's a quick little caramel sauce that you can whip together really fast;
Take 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup heavy cream. 2 tbsp corn syrup, 1 tbsp canna butter, and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. Put all of this in to a bowl and mix together well. The topping should take on a sticky texture, much like caramel topping. Put a bit of this on your medicated ice cream and enjoy!
