Space Cake Recipe

Category: Recipes | Posted on Tue, December, 18th 2012 by THCFinder

A space cake is simply a cake or muffin that is made using marijuana or cannabutter. They are often found in coffee shops in Amsterdam and I’m sure you can find them in medical marijuana dispensaries as well. They are a great way to enjoy your marijuana, and provide a long lasting, strong high. Since the high is strong and it takes about an hour for you to feel the effects make sure you don’t eat too much or you’ll have an unpleasant marijuana overdose freakout.

Ingredients For Marijuana Space Cake:
1 3/4 Cups of all-purpose baking flour
8 1/2 Cups of milk
2 Eggs
1 Cup of sugar
1 Cup of butter
Non-stick cooking spray
8 grams of good marijuana or hash (you can use more if you want stronger space cakes)
Optional: Cocoa, chocolate chips, peanut butter, pineapple, apple, anything that you can mix into a regular cake to add some extra flavor

Directions:
First, put your butter in the microwave for about 20 seconds until it becomes pasty.
Add your marijuana/hash to the butter, make sure it is ground up well and mixed into the butter good.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray the non-stick cooking spray onto the cake pan.
Mix your marijuana/hash butter, flour, eggs, milk, sugar, and any extra ingredient you want to add. Keep mixing until the batter is smooth. If it is too dry add some milk, if it too liquidy add some flour.
Pour your space cake batter into the pan and put it in the oven for about 25 minutes.
Before taking out the space cake, stick a toothpick in it to see if any of the cake sticks to it, if it the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is done.
Let it cool down for about 30 minutes before taking it out of the pan or adding frosting.

Enjoy your marijuana space cake. Don’t eat too much or you’ll be freaking out and unable to enjoy it.

Strawberry Banana Marijuana Pancake Recipe

Category: Recipes | Posted on Tue, December, 18th 2012 by THCFinder

Today we share a recipe for Strawberry Banana Marijuana Pancakes. I really recommend this recipe for the weekend only, unless you work from home of course. This recipe is yields 6-9 pancakes depending on how large you like your cakes. Here is what you’ll need.

Ingredients:
3 1/3 tablespoons of melted marijuana butter.
1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
5 tablespoons of sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 large eggs
1 pint or basket of strawberries
3 ripe mashed bananas

Directions:
Prepare your strawberries by removing the stems, slicing, and lightly mashing them with 2 tablespoons of sugar. Set aside for an hour. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, make a dry mix by combining the flour, remaining 3 tbsp of sugar, salt and baking powder.
In another bowl, make a wet mix by mixing the melted marijuana butter or regular butter with the milk, mashed bananas, eggs and vanilla, then combine the wet and dry mixes.  This makes a batter that is slightly lumpy batter, ensuring fluffiness.
Heat a bit of oil in your pancake griddle or frying pan and pour desired amount of batter onto the frying pan. Cook each pancake until the top batter has bubbled and firmed up a bit. Then flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown. Finally, serve your pancakes with butter, prepared strawberries, and syrup if you choose. Enjoy.

Super Bowl Ganja Guacamole

Category: Recipes | Posted on Fri, December, 14th 2012 by THCFinder

Ingredients:

Ganja Guacamole
Stones 8 to 10
4 ripe avocados
1 cucumber, peeled with seeds removed, diced
1/2 cup scallions, white and green parts, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup THC oil (recipe follows)
1 jalapeno, chopped
1/2 cup cilantro, firmly packed
Juice of 2 limes
1 teaspoon of salt

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and mix until the texture is smooth. Reserve one of the avocado pits and keep in the serving bowl with the guac, as it will help keep it fresh and prevent browning. Refrigerate any leftover guacamole in an airtight container with plastic wrap covering the surface. Use within one day.

THC Oil (Cannabis-Infused Oil)
It’s not necessary to use first-pressed extra-virgin or estate-bottled olive oil to make your THC oil; an affordable virgin olive oil works nicely. Of course, high-quality ingredients result in a more delicious end product, so if you plan on using your THC oil for salad dressings or to drizzle over veggies and pasta, a fruity extra-virgin olive oil will make all the difference.

Makes 6 cups
6 cups olive oil or canola oil
1 ounce cannabis buds, finely ground, or 2 ounces trimmed leaf, dried and ground.

In a double boiler, slowly heat oil on low heat for a few minutes until you begin to smell the oil's aroma. Add the ground cannabis slowly, stirring until it is fully coated before adding more cannabis. Simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the mixture from heat and allow it to cool before straining. Press the plant matter with the back of a spoon to wring all the oil out of it. Compost the leafy remains and save the oil in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two months.
