The main meal of Thanksgiving is the most important but it's not a holiday without dessert. Pie is the most popular choice, plus some whipped cream and some eggnog. The following will give you a delicious recipe for cannabis pumpkin pie that's sure to make everyone ready for a second take on the dinner you all eat earlier.
What You'll Need;
1 cup half-and-half
1/3 cup melted Cannabutter
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups canned pumpkin, mashed
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp ground ginger
Whipped cannabis cream, for topping
1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grab a large mixing bowl and add in the cream cheese. Beat it with a hand mixer and then proceed to add the pumpkin. Continue to beat until the two are combined. Add in the sugar and salt. Continue to mix thoroughly. Once the salt and sugar are mixed in, add the eggs, melted cannabutter, and half-and-half. Gradually add in the cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla. Beat all of the ingredients together until they're very well combined and pour the filling in to the pie crust. Put it in to your preheated oven for about an hour, or at least until the center of the pie has set. Remove the pie from the oven and allow it to cool. You can even make cannabis whipped cream to top it with! Or just regular cream. Either way, you'll love it!
