Cannabis Flour

Category: Recipes | Posted on Fri, January, 31st 2014 by THCFinder
cannabis-flour-recipeWhen cooking with cannabis, there's quite a few ways to get your medication in to your food. There's the lazy way of cooking with weed and you just kind of throw your buds in to a pot and hope that your edibles come out the way you want them to. The butter method also works and is pretty easy but not always great for the stoners who are trying to be healthy. Olive oil is also used in cooking with cannabis but what do you do if you're trying to make some sort of bread with cannabis? Thankfully, there is such a thing as cannabis flour and it's far easier to make than you would think.

Making cannabis flour is more so time consuming rather than difficult. The buds that you use must be extremely dry, as any moisture could cause mold to grow within the flour once you've stored it. The time consuming part comes from having to pick out all of the seeds and stems from your cannabis. Be sure that you get all of them, as they could make the flour bitter. So once your buds have dried well, pick out all of the stems and seeds and then proceed to grind up your cannabis in to a fine powder. You can use a coffee grinder or a mortar for this. Coffee grinder is convenient but you can grind up more at a time if you do it by hand.

Once the cannabis has been ground up, store it in a jar or a container of some sort and store in a cool, dark place. Like I said, it's definitely easier to make cannabis flour then a lot of people think. This stuff is great for use in bread and other baked goods. Just, as always, remember that you can adjust the amount of marijuana you use in every recipe to your tolerance. There is no recipe for cannabis flour because it's basically just crushed up cannabis. You can add flour to your recipes still if you'd wish but it's suggested that you use half flour and half of the crushed up cannabis. Hopefully, you'll be able to replace regular flour with this cannabis flour and enjoy it!

It's definitely the time of year where everyone is getting sick. Especially with the weird weather that everyone seems to be experiencing. How exactly is a stoner supposed to smoke if they can't stop coughing long enough to breathe? Thankfully, this recipe for medicated chicken noodle soup will get you stoned and make you feel better, all without ever having to take a hit!

What You'll Need;
1/2 pound chopped cooked chicken breast
1/2 cup chopped celery
 60 ounces chicken broth
7 grams of ground marijuana OR 6droppers of marijuana tincture
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 cup chopped carrots
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup peas
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup sliced carrots
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
14.5 ounces vegetable broth
1 1/2 cups egg noodles

If you don't like any of these ingredients, or you would like to add some of your own, that's totally fine! The cannabis is the important part and this is obviously supposed to make you feel better, so make it the way that you enjoy it! Take a large pot and melt the cannabis butter over medium heat, making sure that you never boil it. Use the butter to cook both the onion and the celery for about five minutes. Add in both the chicken and the vegetable broths, stirring them in. Proceed to add the noodles, basil, salt and pepper, chicken, oregano, carrots, and noodles. Now put in your ground up cannabis (or your tincture) and bring everything to a low boil. Once you begin to see the bubbles, turn the heat down and simmer everything for about twenty minutes. Your chicken soup is ready to eat! You can either eat it right away or store it in the fridge for later. Enjoy!

Cereal is always pretty simple and easy, which is a favorite for stoners. But for those of us that like to get stoned, get motivated, do some awesome stuff, and then get more stoned, this recipe is for you. Taking a childhood favorite (Cocoa Puffs), this will teach you how to make dank Cocoa Puffs ganja treats that you'll love and your friends will love, if you can even bring yourself to share them.

What You'll Need;
2½ tablespoons melted butter
½ cup cocoa powder
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
3 large handfuls of Cocoa Puffs cereal
1½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1½ tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon baking soda
4-6 tablespoons canna butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 large egg

Start by preheating the over to 350 degrees and line a normal muffin pan with paper baking cups. Sift together the cocoa, sugar, salt, flour, and baking soda in a good sized mixing bowl. Taking a second bowl, whisk together the egg and the canna butter, along with the vanilla extract and regular butter. Add the egg mix to the flour mix and stir them together until they're combined smoothly. Pour the muffin batter in to the cups, making sure to only fill them about two thirds of the way up. Bake them in the oven for about 20 minutes, until you toothpick test them and the toothpick comes out clean. Let the cupcakes cool for about 10 minutes in the pan and then remove them, letting them cool on a wire rack or a plate.

In order to get the icing, mix together the confectioners sugar and the milk in a bowl. Mix together until it gets a frothy consistency and coat the tops of the cupcakes with it. To finish the snacks, sprinkle the tops of the cupcakes with the handfuls of Coco Puffs! Now you're ready to enjoy them! Like I said, it's pretty unlikely that you'll be able to share these with anyone!

Medicated Stir Fry

Healthy eating is important in the life of a stoner! Stir fry has always been a favorite of mine and now you can make it medicated! It's a far cry from the food we made in Home Ec in middle school but it tastes even better, now that we're old enough not to burn the veggies to the pan. You can add in veggies or meats if you feel like it and of course, more bud if you feel inclined. Just always remember that eating cannabis is much different than smoking cannabis and you should always know your tolerance before eating too much!

What You'll Need;
1/2 oz fresh herbal seasoning of your choice
1 Green Pepper
2- 4oz butter or cannabutter
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1/2 small onion

First, take the three peppers and cut them in to strips, about 1/2 inch wide and the proceed to chop the onion in to small pieces. Put all of the veggies (and meats if you so choose) in to a skillet and add in your Cannabutter. You can replace the butter with cannabis infused olive oil, as well, if you want to be a little more health conscious. Sauté everything until cooked well and then serve the mix over rice or noodles or alone if you'd like. As for the leftover oil in the pan, you can pour it over the rice/veggie/meat mix to ensure that you get the most out of your meal! Enjoy your medicated stir fry!

Medicated Lasagna

Pasta dishes always seem to taste so much better when you're stoned so why not make your pasta medicated? This recipe makes a lot of lasagna so either plan to invite a bunch of friends or to have a lot of leftovers. You can also half all of the ingredients to make a lot less food as well. As always, if you have a favorite lasagna recipe, you can add or subtract ingredients as you see fit!

What You'll Need;
1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
1 ounce high quality marijuana (ground up)
1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
6.5 ounces canned tomato sauce
3/4 pound lean ground beef
1 pound sweet Italian sausage
28 ounces crushed tomatoes
1 tablespoon salt
4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
6 ounces tomato paste
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
16 ounces ricotta cheese
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
12 lasagna noodles
1/2 cup water
1 egg

Cook the onion, ground beef, sausage, and garlic on medium heat until lightly browned. While stirring, add in the Italian seasoning, fennel seeds, sugar, pepper, 2 tbsp parsley, basil, cannabis powder, and 1 tbsp of salt. Cover the pot and let it simmer for about 90 minutes, occasionally checking on it to stir. In a separate pot, bring some water to a boil and add a little pinch of salt. Cook the lasagna noodles in the water for about ten minutes. Drain them and then rinse with cold water. Take a mixing bowl and mix together the egg, remaining parsley, ricotta, and 1/2 tsp of salt.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and begin to assemble your lasagna. Get a 9x13 inch baking dish and spread a cup and a half of the meat sauce over the bottom. Put six noodles on top of the sauce and spread half of the ricotta cheese mixture over them. Place some mozzarella cheese slices on top and the coat with the 1 1/2 cups of the meat sauce and sprinkle with a bit of parmesan cheese. Repeat this layering process until you're out of sauce and then sprinkle the top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover the pan with tinfoil, being sure to not touch the cheese because it'll stick.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes. Take the foil off and bake for an extra half an hour, or until the lasagna is lightly toasted. Let the dish sit for a bit before serving, as you don't want to burn yourself. Cut and serve as you'd like! I hope that you enjoy your medicated lasagna!

Cannabis Infused Olive Oil

Category: Recipes | Posted on Wed, January, 22nd 2014 by THCFinder
cannabis-infused-olive-oil
Most stoners prefer to make cannabis butter because it's quite versatile and it's easier to make edibles with as compared to always just throwing weed in the pot. However, it seems like most people don't really know that you can make olive oil infused with cannabis as well. The olive oil is far healthier than butter, not to mention it won't go back on you and it's far easier to transport, making it much better then most people know. This recipe will teach you how to make your own cannabis infused olive oil, which can be used in pretty much every single recipe out there!

What You'll Need;
3.5 cups virgin olive oil
1 ounce marijuana, finely ground

Start by putting the oil in a sauce pan and turn up to medium. Do not let the oil reach the boiling point but once it has heated up, you can add in the marijuana powder. Use a coffee grinder to get the best powdery marijuana. Usually you can fit about 7 grams in these little grinders at a time and they do a very good job of giving you a fine powder. Let the oil simmer, never letting it boil and constantly stirring. If you see bubbles begin to form in the oil, turn down the heat and remove the mixture from the burner until it cools off a bit. By boiling the mixture, too much THC would be released and you wouldn't get the desired effect from your oil. Continue this for about an hour, possibly two if you have the time. Strain your oil through cheesecloth in to a container that you can cap. Be careful to let the oil cool off a bit, as it'll be extremely hot right off the stove. Also make sure to squeeze the cheesecloth to make sure that you get all of the oil out of it. You now have your marijuana infused cannabis oil!
