Hemp House Collective is a Not For Profit, Mutual Benifit Collective registared with the State of California and formed under Corporations Code 7110-8910. Hemp House is fully compliant with all California State laws H&S 11362.5 ; 11362.7; 11362.777 et.seq..

REQUIREMENTS ARE:

1. You must be 18+, Prop 215/420 compliant, have a valid doctors recommendation, and valid California I.D.

2. We provide a pre-service which involves asking a few questions  and verifying your recommendation over the phone. This is the first step  prior to any meeting.

3. Once verified, the patients will be given the address and directions to the collective. Upon arrival we read over our membership form and sign together. Pictures of your license and recommendation will be taken and photo of self for our mmj records.

4. We will provide you with consultation to health care and safety, provide lab certification of our products and how it relates to your health and safety. Patients sign a daily sign-in sheet when arriving

5. Products are then displayed to patient. Patients choice(s) are then recorded into Hemp Houses Private  medical chart system for that patient. This helps to determine the effiency of the strains a patient chooses. Upon leaving the patient signs-out on our daily log.

Our policy is exchange or refund.

Patient must call back within 12hrs after receiving product. If dissatisfied the patient

may return the unused portion for an equal amount of another strain. Refunds will

be pro-rated based on the amount being returned.                                                                                      

More than 1/4 of the product consumed voids the above offer.
